The event featured 128 stalls organized by diplomatic missions, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, businesses, and numerous international organizations.
“The event is wonderful. I think it should be held every year so Vietnamese people, especially Hanoians, can enjoy the cuisines of other countries as well as Vietnamese dishes,” Hanoi resident Le Thi Bich Nga said.
Hoang Oanh, another Hanoian, was impressed by the atmosphere and the appealing booths. “This year’s culinary festival is much more crowded and exciting than in previous years, and the dishes are more diverse. Each one was unique and represented the cuisine and culture of a different country.”
