(VOVWORLD) - Streets throughout Hanoi can be seen bearing incredible festive decorations such as colourful national flags, flowers, and numerous slogans as a way of celebrating the upcoming Lunar New Year and the 90th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, which was observed on February 3, 1930.
