During the livestream process, customers only need to comment with the predetermined syntax, the software automatically receives the orders and sends messages to the customers.”

Experts say Vietnam aims to become an export economy but domestic consumption maintains its important role. The retail market makes up a large proportion of the total national GDP. Investing in retail is investing in the future of the economy. Vietnam’s middleclass is expanding at the fastest pace in the Asia-Pacific region. More than half of Vietnam’s population is of working age, which has the greatest consumer demand, determining the consumption trends. The retail industry has become increasingly attractive, creating many playgrounds for startup businesses.

SAPO Technology Joint Stock Company desires to make the retail business in Vietnam easier, says Trinh Tien Binh, Director of Hanoi Sales Division of SAPO Technology Joint Stock Company, said: “In the coming time, we will continue to focus on developing technology and microservice-based applications, and used-based and internal customer-based data platforms. SAPO will open more branches, develop human resources, launch new versions based on the existing application platforms to make it easier for customers to use and expand their business in the most effective way.”

With a vision of becoming an innovative ecosystem to help all retail businesses have the opportunity to access the knowledge of the 4th Industrial Revolution, SAPO Technology Joint Stock Company has determined its mission is to contribute to digital transformation in Vietnam.
