(VOVWORLD) -In the first evening we spent time together, we decided to find some food. My Vietnamese friends and I introduced Thai friends the most popular shop of ice-cream in Hanoi. It's "Trang Tien ice cream" which was appeared for the first time in 1958.

Up to now, not only Hanoians, but also people from other provinces and foreigners have a habit of eating ice cream when dropping in on Trang Tien Street”. Trang Tien ice cream has maintained its reputation thanks to its particular quality and flavors. Despite its fame, the price is very reasonable —everyone can enjoy it. The most interesting thing when people enjoy it is that there are no chairs. In other words, people eating ice-cream on Trang Tien Street have to stand and enjoy the cool and sweet flavour melting on their tongue. We are not exceptional. But because the shop was very crowded and we were footworn, we went outside and my Thai friends squatted on the sidewalk like the real Vietnamese although in Thai, they normally have a seat in a shop. All of us considered it as the first cultural lesson in Vietnam. That's a lovely moment
