At the exhibition, visitors were introduced to historical evidence and legal basis asserting Vietnam's sovereignty over the two archipelagos of Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly).

Naval officers also provided information on the East Sea situation as well as the Party and State of Vietnam’s viewpoints and policies on protecting the sea and island sovereignty.
