2. Children: Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Lieu shall continue to foster their daughter Tran Nguyen Bao Han, who was born on October 22, 2009.

3. Shared assets and debts: There was no request for settlement. If disputes arise in the future relating to these matters, the parties involved are entitled to file another lawsuit as stipulated by law. 

4. Court fee: Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Lieu has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 001862 dated February 10, 2020 by the Can Tho Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. 

5. Judicial entrustment fee: Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Lieu has to pay 200,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0005061 dated December 07, 2020 of the Can Tho Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.

Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Lieu has to pay the actual cost of judicial entrustment charge of 100 Canadian dollars according to the provisions of Joint Circular No. 12/2016/TTLT-BTP-BNG-TANDTC dated October 19, 2016, between the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Supreme People's Court on regulations and procedures for mutual legal assistance in the civil field. Ms. Lieu has already paid the amount.

Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Lieu has already paid the notice posting fee of 2 million VND.
