2. Children and shared assets and debts: There was no request for settlement.

3. Fees:

- Court fee: Mr. Tong Quang Huy has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 001844 dated January 06, 2020 by the Can Tho Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.  

- Judicial entrustment fee: Mr. Tong Quang Huy has to pay 200,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0004524 dated October 22, 2020, 2020 of the Can Tho Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.

- Mr. Tong Quang Huy has already paid the judicial entrustment charge of 95 USD.

- Mr. Tong Quang Huy has already paid the notice posting fee of 2 million VND.

Mr. Tong Quang Huy has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Ms. Ha Truong Ngoc Tran to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
