Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Van’s address is residential area 7, Phuoc Hoi ward, La Gi town, Binh Thuan province.

In the Decree of Divorce No. 13/2023/HNGĐ-ST dated May 08, 2023, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:  

1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mr. Tran Duc Minh and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Van are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.

2. Court fee: Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Van has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0008331 dated June 9, 2022 by the Binh Thuan Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.   

3. Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Van has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days. The duration for Mr. Tran Duc Minh is 30 days. If Mr. Tran Duc Minh chooses to appeal, all related documents should be sent to the Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court at 349 Vo Van Kiet road, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, Vietnam.

If there is no response from Mr. Tran Duc Minh after one month since the Court’s ruling is made public, the ruling will come into effect.
