Mr. Tran Phu Vinh’s address is 18 Ly Tu Trong road, Hai Ninh commune, Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province. 

In the Decree of Divorce No. 06/2023/HNGĐ-ST dated March 14, 2023, the court’s judgments were stated as followed: 

1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mr. Tran Phu Vinh and Mrs. Luu, Cam Linh are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.

2. Court fee: Mr. Tran Phu Vinh has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0008233 dated April 19, 2022 by the Binh Thuan Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.  

Mr. Tran Phu Vinh has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after he is notified of the ruling or after the ruling is publicly announced. The duration for Mrs Luu, Cam Linh is 30 days.

If Mrs. Luu, Cam Linh chooses to appeal, all related documents should be sent to the Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court at 349 Vo Van Kiet road, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, Vietnam. 

If there is no response from Mrs.  Luu, Cam Linh after one month since the Court’s ruling is made public, the ruling will come into effect.
