Ms. Le Gia Hoai Trinh’s address is Thanh Tan village, Chi Cong commune, Tuy Phong district, Binh Thuan province.

In the Decree of Divorce No. 29/2023/HNGĐ-ST dated August 18, 2023, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:  

1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mr. Ho, Kiet Minh and Ms. Le Gia Hoai Trinh are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.

2. Court fee: Ms. Le Gia Hoai Trinh has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0008039 dated March 17, 2022 by the Binh Thuan Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.  

3. Ms. Le Gia Hoai Trinh has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days. The duration for Mr. Ho, Kiet Minh is 30 days. If Mr. Ho, Kiet Minh chooses to appeal, all related documents should be sent to the Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court at 349 Vo Van Kiet road, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, Vietnam.

If there is no response from Mr. Ho, Kiet Minh after one month since the Court’s ruling is made public, the ruling will come into effect.
