In his address, Mr. Nhan urged the Youth Union to pay more attention to promoting start-ups among the youths to increase the number of young businessmen to 3.6 million. Nhan said: “There are more than 200 youth cooperatives. By the end of this year, the Vietnam Cooperatives Alliance needs to work with the Youth Union, the Women’s Union, the War Veterans’ Association, and the Farmers’ Association to prepare for next year’s Consultative program of the cooperatives. This program plays a very important role in promoting start-ups among young people”.
