The Congress themed “Aspiration-Solidarity-Courage-Pioneering-Creativity” will review the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Youth Union in the past 5 years, define goals, tasks and solutions for Youth Union and youth movement for the next term.

First Secretary of the 11th Central Committee of the Youth Union Bui Quang Huy said: “The Central Committee of the Youth Union discussed and will submit to the Congress 10 programs and projects during the term such as the issue of educating young people on cyberspace, revolutionary ideals, ethics, and lifestyle."
"Other topics include improving the foreign language ability for young people, youth entrepreneurship, digital empowerment for young people to participate more effectively in the national digital transformation process,” he added.
