Young Vietnamese win special prizes at Vienna International Arts Festival

(VOVWORLD) - Three young contestants from Vietnam, two five-year-olds and a nine-year-old, won special prizes and certificates of merit at the Vienna International Arts Festival in Austria, held from August 5 to 10.

The final round of the competition showcased 44 young talents from 22 countries and territories, including Vietnam, Austria, Germany, the United States, Japan, China, the United Kingdom, and South Korea. Participants were grouped by age and competed in five categories: piano, strings, trumpet, concerto, and solo.

Vietnam's delegation consisted of five young talents who competed for the first time in the piano category in the Vienna International Arts Festival.

The three youngest members of the Vietnamese team, Le Lam Anh, age five, Nguyen Huu Minh Triet, also age five, and Le Tan Tai, age nine, won special prizes for their performances.
