Addressing a meeting in Hanoi on Wednesday, Nhan called on youths to voice their ideas on ways to improve their role in national socio-economic development, increase the number of qualified entrepreneurs and the application of science and technology in production and trading.
Nhan expressed his wish that young people will be in the vanguard in conducting new style cooperatives in agricultural development.
