(VOVworld) – The Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union organized a religion and ethnicity training course for 100 youth members of 20 southern provinces. The training course, opened in An Giang province Sunday, focused on national policy and guidelines related to youth of the Party and State, solutions on strengthening solidarity among ethnic youths, and the religious situation and state management of religions in Vietnam in the current period.

The aim of the course is to publicize policies and guidelines of the Party and State, and thwart “peaceful evolution” attempts by hostile forces which take advantage of ethnicity and religion to arouse dissent and disrupt the great national unity.
