At the workshop titled “Identifying legal obstacles in business operations and proposing solutions,” Dau Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), said that removing legal obstacles is a pressing need and a major challenge.
“With an overwhelming workload and high expectations, we are facing a crucial opportunity to comprehensively reform Vietnam’s business legal environment for the coming period. A transparent and stable legal framework will serve as a key driver for economic growth and sustainable development,” Tuan noted.
Ministries and sectors, especially those directly overseeing business-related areas, were urged to organize forums to gather feedback from enterprises, review current regulations, and resolve practical difficulties.
In addition, they emphasized the importance of continuing thematic legal reforms based on prioritized areas, as a way to support the growth of the business community.
