(VOVworld)-The National Assembly’s Office and the Danish Parliamentary Office today/Tuesday jointly organized a workshop on enhancing National Assembly deputies’ skills in communicating with the media and the media’s role in disseminating National Assembly related information to the public.

The participants stressed the importance of the media in discovering issues of public concerns and its contributions to enhancing two-way communication between voters and deputies. "The media play a crucial role in promoting activities of the National Assembly and its deputies. National Assembly deputies need to communicate with media to show the voters their work, viewpoints and morality. So, it’s important to enhance the relationship between the media and the National Assembly to build mutual trust and support", said Nguyen Sy Dung, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly’s Office.
