The award ceremony for competitors living in northern Vietnam was held on Friday in Hanoi. Speaking at the event, Le Manh Hung, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Communications and Education, said the contest aims to prevent the degradation of political ideology, ethics and lifestyle among Party cadres, members, and citizens. 6 first prizes, 12 second prizes, 18 third prizes, and 30 consolation prizes were given out at the event. Nguyen Thi Thuy Kieu of the Nghe An provincial Bar Association won the first prize. She said: "The contest is a good way for everybody to learn about the Vietnam Communist Party’s foundation and development. I really hope the contest will encourage the Vietnamese people to proudly follow the Party’s guidelines and leadership."
