The WHO team visited the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in China’s Hubei region, where the outbreak emerged in late 2019. They spent four and a half hours on site after completing two weeks of quarantine, and did not speak to waiting journalists.

Their detailed investigation plan has not been revealed.
