(VOVworld) - The VTV-Eximbank International Volleyball Cup 2012 tournament are taking place in the northern province of Vinh Phuc.

Seven teams from Thailand, China, Australia, the Republic of Korea, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Japan, Kazakhstan and Vietnam are competing in the event. Head Coach of Vietnam Women National Volley Ball Team, Pham Van Long said the team has set the target to enter the semi-final round: "All the competing teams are strong. This is a chance for us to test our ability to try more in the future tournaments. We will try our best to gain the best results".
