(VOVworld)-The National Assembly Standing Committee continued its 12th session on Saturday with comments on the votes of confidence proposal on positions elected and selected by the legislative body or People’s Councils. Delegates agreed that the proposal was drafted in compliance with the law and the constitution. They called for the decentralization of the proposal implementation to ensure its practicality. . NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung highlights the importance of the votes of confidence

 Delegates agreed that the proposal was drafted in compliance with the law and the constitution. They called for the decentralization of the proposal implementation to ensure its practicality. NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung highlights the importance of the votes of confidence: “The votes of confidence must monitor the performance of the officials in charge and should be carried out annually. It not necessary to implement it simultaneously at the National Assembly and the People’s Councils.”
 
Delegates agreed on the linkage of the vote of confidence’s outcomes and its procedures. Officials with more than 50% poor votes of confidence for 2 consecutive years shall be entitled for the votes of confidence procedure at the NA or People’s Councils. Deputies also discussed laws and regulations governing the capital city.
