Lalela Mswane, the representative of South Africa, beat 69 beauties to win the contest. Her victory was described as convincing because the 2021 Miss South Africa maintained her immense charisma from beginning to end and was among the beauties expected to be the owner of this year’s crown.

At the final night, Kim Duyen won the Supra Chat award together with the Indonesian representative and went straight to the top 24. She was always the first contestant to be named in the Top 12 and Top 5 finals.

Kim Duyen, 27, from the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho, represented Vietnam at Miss Universe 2021 and finished at Top 16. She was also the first runner-up of Miss Universe Vietnam 2019.
