Consumers will demand more environmentally friendly products of better quality and origin traces. Director of the Branding and Competitive Strategy Institute, Nguyen Van Nam, suggests social media leverages to build up innovative brands: “Changes in consumption trends and demands will create a breakthrough in market development. Vietnamese businesses should capture consumers’ interests to adjust and modernize their sales techniques and management to survive and develop.”
