Among ASEAN countries, Vietnam’s e-government grades the sixth, after Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Brunei.  In OSI or online service index and e-participation index, Vietnam was at the high-ranking group with points from 0.5 up to 0.75 higher.
