While meeting with the Vietnamese delegation, the President of the France-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentarian Group, Pascal Deguilhem, said France’s Parliament has always attached importance to cooperation with Vietnam and wishes to have frequent exchanges of delegations at all levels and diversify cooperative areas with Vietnam’s National Assembly and legislative agencies.

The delegation also worked with France’s Supreme Administrative Court led by Bernard Pecheur, Chairman of the Legal Affairs Committee of France’s Senate, Jean-Jacques Hyest, as well as France’s Ministry of Justice on the structure, functions and tasks of France’s legislative bodies as well as processes to build significant draft laws related to the constitution and public referenda.
