(VOVworld) – A festival took place in Johannesburg, South Africa, on the weekend to promote trade and tourism.

The Vietnamese embassy in South Africa participated in the event. Participants praised Vietnamese tourism programs, cultural festivals, and traditional dishes. Vietnamese Ambassador Le Huy Hoang said visitors’ interest in Vietnam’s land and people reveals a great potential for Vietnam to develop its tourism. He said the Vietnamese embassy in South Africa will continue to promote Vietnamese tourism.
