The Vietnamese Foreign Ministry says that security and order in Rostov on Don city and some southern regions of Russia has become complicated in recent days. The Ministry reminds Vietnamese citizens, who live in Moscow and Russia’s southern cities, to comply with the law and instructions of the local authorities.

They are recommended to stay at home and limit participation in large gatherings or making long trips across Russia. They should get prepared for evacuation if it's necessary, and keep regular contact with the Vietnamese associations and representative agencies in Russia for quick support.
