Trade Counsellor Le Thai Hoa said Vietnam’s exports to Israel is likely to reach 800 million USD and its imports to reach 250 million USD this year. Mr. Hoa said the import-export commodities of Vietnam and Israel are supplimental to each other, rather than competitive. What Israel needs are what Vietnam can supply. Israeli business have shown growing interest in importing food, garment, textile, footwear, consumption goods, household appliances, and fruits from Vietnam.
