The event gathered technology, finance, and data experts to outline the global context of rising digital-asset risks and discuss ways to enhance Vietnam’s blockchain infrastructure, thus improving safety, scalability, and alignment with international security standards.
Opening the workshop, Association Chairman Phan Duc Trung stressed that blockchain infrastructure must balance national sovereignty by storing highly sensitive data in licensed domestic data centers with performance optimization through international cloud services.
He added that a robust tracking system meeting the requirements for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing is essential for a secure blockchain ecosystem.
