Mr. Bakari proposed that the two sides soon complete negotiations toward signing a MoU on cooperation in agriculture. Benin is ready to support Vietnam in enhancing cooperation with the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), he affirmed.
The two sides agreed to increase delegation exchanges, create favourable conditions for their businesses and investors, promote trade, investment and agricultural cooperation, and soon sign a visa exemption agreement for diplomatic and official passport holders, and other documents to create favourable legal frameworks for bilateral cooperation.
