Head of the Party Central Committee’s External Affairs Commission, Le Hoai Trung, said delegates will review 35 years of achievement by the foreign affairs sector and analyze world situation for suitable solutions in the new setting. This will create consistency in foreign affairs mindset and systematic implementation for consensus in the society and overseas Vietnamese while leveraging on international support.
