Minister To Lam suggested the two sides accelerate the signing of an agreement on extradition and prisoner transfer. The UAE and Vietnam should work together on a long-term legal framework to boost cooperation in security, law enforcement, crime prevention and criminal justice, he added.
Ambassador Almatrooshi said he will contribute to effectively developing cooperation between Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security and the UAE’s law enforcement agencies.
