With the aim of enhancing openness, connectivity, and spreading entrepreneurship across the population, the event will be an open-space where people can experience new technological products and modern business models.

Tran Anh Tuan, Director of the Hanoi Department of Science and Technology, said: “All people will have access to the most advanced and latest technologies created by the innovation community. This is also an approach we have learned from other countries, especially Singapore, starting from grassroots economic units and advancing toward billion-dollar unicorns."

The organizers hope that TECHFEST will serve as a platform to connect and create a network where the Ministry and the City act as a springboard for these ventures.

Attracting 60,000 participants, both onsite and online, the festival will feature inspirational talk shows, hands-on workshops, and instant photo sessions using AI technology, brainstorming, experience sharing, community networking, and updates on the latest technology and innovation trends.
