A Vietnamese representative said resolving homelessness requires a comprehensive legal framework and policies, emphasizing social protection policies for people of all age groups. He also highlighted Vietnam’s efforts to cope with climate change as floods, droughts, and forest fires can result in homelessness. The representative suggested that every one join hands to mitigate climate change, which affects all aspects of a society.
