Since May, the Institute has been cooperating with US scientists to find a COVID-19 vaccine with good initial results. They hope to produce COVID-19 vaccine in large quantities, at a reasonable price, using the existing vaccine factory in Khanh Hoa province. All research activities have complied with health and safety regulations. The vaccine will be tested on humans sometime in the next 2 months and a clinical trial will be conducted by the end of this year.
