As of Friday, Vietnam administered more than 201.4 million doses of COVID vaccine. The Ministry of Health continues to coordinate with localities to speed up vaccination so that all eligible people aged 18 and older will get the 3^rd shot by the end of the first quarter. Injections for children aged 5-11 are being prepared.

47 out of 63 provinces and cities have achieved over 2^nd dose vaccination coverage of 95%. The remaining 16 provinces and cities have reached the 2^nd dose vaccine coverage rate 90% to 95%.
