Ambassador Son proposed establishing a Vietnam-Russia coordination group to promptly address legal matters in the spirit of humanitarianism and the bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership. He urged an expansion of labor collaboration in agriculture and light industry, fully exploiting the potential of the Hanoi-Moscow Centre for Culture and Trade. Minister Romodanovsky said the FMS will create favorable conditions for Vietnamese expatriates to live and work in Russia. Both sides agreed to work out a specific cooperation plan for sharing information, exchanging experts, and jointly addressing legal problems related to the Vietnamese community in Russia.
