(VOVworld) – A Vietnam-Singapore Forum has taken place in Singapore with 100 representatives from government agencies, academia, international financial institutions, and the private sector.

Participants agreed that Vietnam is still a very attractive location to do business and many multi-national corporation have recently made large-scale investment in Vietnam. The participants shared their views on Vietnam’s prospects in the changing global political and economic landscape, explored trade and investment opportunities from the perspectives of Vietnam and other countries; and shared experience and ideas on various socio-economic issues. Associate professor Vu Minh Khuong of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy said that the participation of experts and scholars who have experience in Vietnam makes the forum a good venue to discuss key issues.
