Vietnam records 9 more COVID-19 cases on morning of April 4

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam recorded 9 new imported COVID-19 cases as of 6 a.m. of Sunday, April 4, all of them are Vietnamese and quarantined right after their arrival, bringing the total number of infections to 2,629, according to the Ministry of Health.

According to the Treatment Subcommittee under the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control, 2,383 patients have been successfully cured.

As of 4 p.m. of April 3, Vietnam vaccinated a total of 52,335 people who are health workers, those involved in testing, tracing COVID-19 patients, as well as members of National Steering Committee on COVID-19 prevention and control.
