Minister and Head of the Government Office, Mai Tien Dung, has hailed the move as a major leap forward in the building of an e-government. He was speaking in a meeting in Hanoi on Thursday: Dung said: “We expect to launch the e-notary service applicable to original copies on July 1. We have less than one month left to fine-tune the legal framework and mechanism to ensure standard practice for the launching of the service early.”
