(VOVworld) – Vietnam and Laos signed a communication cooperation agreement until 2020 in Vientiane on Tuesday.

The signing took place following a working session between Minister of Information and Communications Truong Minh Tuan and Lao Minister of Information, Culture, and Tourism Bosengkham Vongdala.

Tuan suggested expanding high-level visits and exchanges and holding seminars on press management.

Vongdala suggested sharing more news and other programs, encouraging media outlets, audio and television stations to develop joint projects, and offering short-term courses on press and publishing management to Lao partners.
