At the event, Vietnam was introduced as a leading regional destination, with a diversity of world heritage sites, including Ha Long Bay, Phong Nha-Ke Bang cave, the Trang An landscape complex, Hoi An ancient town, the My Son relics, the Hue Imperial Citadel, the Thang Long Imperial Citadel, and the Ho Dynasty Citadel.

The program included business-to-business meetings to boost cooperation between Vietnamese and Australian enterprises, a presentation of tourism products for the Australian market, updates on e-visa policies, and an introduction to tourism events and festivals in Vietnam.

Participants were treated to a performance of traditional musical instruments by artists from the Vietnam National Arts Theater.
