Addressing the launch ceremony, President Tran Dai Quang said the 4th industrial revolution will affect Vietnam. He added: “I call on ministries, sectors, localities, organizations, and businesses to continue developing human resources in science and technology, nurture and reward young talents who will make great contributions to Vietnam’s scientific and technological development. A favorable working environment should be created for scientists to develop their talents and receive earnings that match their innovative work. Freedom of research and creativity should be respected.”
The launch ceremony of the Vietnam Innovation Golden Book 2018 was organized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, and the Ministry of Science and Technology.
