Deputy Minister of Finance Do Hoang Anh Tuan and Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury Professor K.C. Chan signed this additional protocol on Monday to update the article of information exchange to those stated in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) 2004 version. It requires the contracting parties to exchange information upon request even when there is no involvement of tax issues. The protocol will take effect after it is approved and informed to each other by both sides.
