(VOVworld) – Technological experts, managers, and firms have shared decoding techniques to help Vietnam master new computer technology. In a conference held in Hanoi on Wednesday by the National Council for Science and Technology Policy, participants proposed ways to improve decoding skills.

They also discussed ways to better link related parties in order to spark greater investment in decoding and technological innovation of enterprises. Participants considered it important for Vietnam to integrate its strengths with foreign assistance to quickly bridge gaps in science and technology. They suggested that Vietnam observe other Asian countries for ways to build a firm technological foundation. They called on the nation to pay more attention to the exchange of technological ideas, as this long-term process requires coordinated measures.
