(VOVworld) - The Vietnam Festival 2012 in Japan treated crowds to fantastic performances and food. The festival, which concluded on Sunday, drew more than 180,000 visitors.

Singer Shinon who has participated in the annual festival since 2008 shares her view: "2013 will mark the 40th diplomatic anniversary of Vietnam and Japan. I hope our Vietnamese friends, who have a deep affection for Japanese people, will increase exchanges to further mutual understanding."The festival is part of the Vietnam – Japan Meeting which consists of conferences on investment and human resources development, a photo exhibition, and art performances.
