(VOVworld) - The President of the Fatherland Front, Nguyen Thien Nhan, visited Seoul on Wednesday to explore community based self administration models.

He praised the model for its productivity and public supervision, which could be applied in the Vietnamese context. Seoul’s Jong No district and Tay Ho district in Hanoi were in a sisterhood. President Nhan paid a courtesy visit to Jong No district’s People’s Council Chief, who had made practical contributions to bilateral relations between Vietnam and South Korea.
