In every revolutionary stage, the Communist Party of Vietnam has always identified “unity” as the core value, “great national unity” as the strategic guideline, the source of strength and the main driving force of the Vietnamese revolution, Mr. Lam said.
He requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations to keep promoting their core political role, strengthen information dissemination, rally all classes of people at home and overseas Vietnamese. The Party leader stressed the need to encourage and boost production and business, strive to achieve an economic growth rate of 8% in 2025, and a double-digit growth rate in the following years.
“The Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations from the central to grassroots levels need to promote democracy, actively contribute opinions to the Party Congress Documents, and contribute to the success of the Congress. Shortly after the new organizational model begins operation, organizations need to closely follow their functions and tasks assigned by the Party and the State."
"Attention should be paid to better performing the functions of oversight, social criticism, and giving opinions on Party building, acting as a solid bridge in the close relationship of "The Party for the people, the people trust the Party. Efforts should be made to promote socialist democracy and fight corruption, waste, and negativity for the national prosperity and people’s happiness,” Party leader To Lam added.
