At a reception for Indian Ambassador to Vietnam Pranay Verma, Chairwoman Ngan wished him success to contribute the Vietnam-India strategic partnership.

She expressed her belief that the Ambassador will work so that India will continue helping Vietnam to enhance defense capability and push for cooperative mechanisms in trade, investment, culture, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges. She called on India to voice stronger support for the stance of Vietnam and ASEAN over East Sea issues.
