He proposed that both sides strengthen cooperation in new priority areas, including science and technology, innovation, high-quality human resource training; accelerate strategic transport connectivity, especially railways; promote high-quality investment; ensure balanced and sustainable economic and trade cooperation; expand imports of Vietnamese goods, particularly agricultural and aquatic products; and enhance cooperation in culture, healthcare, and people-to-people exchanges.

Minister Wang Yi called for more effective implementation of cooperation areas where both sides share needs and strengths, with a focus on standard-gauge railway connectivity, cross-border economic cooperation, breakthroughs in science and technology collaboration, and the development of new production forces.
